Article 69. Decision on an administrative complaint
On administrative procedures (LRU-457-son) · Date: 08.01.2018 · In force
On an administrative complaint, a higher administrative body or other authorized body has the right to take one of the following decisions:
leave the disputed administrative or procedural act unchanged;
amend the appealed administrative or procedural act;
cancel the administrative or procedural act and, if necessary, adopt a new one.
If it is impossible or inappropriate to make decisions provided for in part one of this article, when appealing against administrative actions, as well as in cases provided for by law, a higher administrative body or other authorized body may oblige the administrative body to adopt a certain administrative act, procedural act or perform a certain administrative action.
In case of disagreement with the decision on an administrative complaint, the interested person has the right to appeal against it in court within thirty calendar days, unless otherwise provided by law.
