Article 67. The term for consideration of an administrative complaint

On administrative procedures (LRU-457-son) · Date: 08.01.2018 · In force

A higher administrative body or other authorized body is obliged to make a decision on an administrative complaint within thirty working days, unless otherwise provided by law.

If a decision on an administrative complaint is not made within the established time limit, the person concerned has the right to appeal against the administrative act, procedural act or administrative action in court.
