Article 58. Termination of an administrative act

On administrative procedures (LRU-457-son) · Date: 08.01.2018 · In force

An administrative act shall be terminated due to:

expiration of the term of the administrative act, if the administrative act is of an urgent nature;

the onset of a condition with which the administrative act links its termination;

cancellation of an administrative act;

the disappearance of the subject of regulation.

Termination of the validity of an administrative act entails the termination of the validity of documents issued on its basis.
