Article 46. Sending an application of an interested person to an authorized administrative body according to jurisdiction

An application received by an administrative body whose powers do not include the adoption of the required administrative act shall be sent to the administrative body that, in accordance with the law, is authorized to consider administrative cases, not later than five days, with a notification to the applicant.
