Administrative proceedings are resumed after the elimination of the circumstances that served as the basis for its suspension. A notice of the resumption of administrative proceedings shall be sent to interested persons within one working day.
From the date of resumption of the administrative proceedings, the time limits for administrative proceedings shall continue.
