Article 2. Legislation on administrative procedures

Legislation on administrative procedures consists of this Law and other legislative acts.

Acts of legislation establishing special administrative procedures should not worsen the position of individuals and legal entities.

In cases where the acts of legislation establishing special administrative procedures do not regulate certain relations for the implementation of administrative procedures, the norms of this Law shall be applied.

If an international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules than those provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative procedures, then the rules of the international treaty are applied.
