Administrative bodies are not entitled to present to interested persons requirements that they have already fulfilled in the framework of other actions.
If the documents and information submitted to the administrative body purportedly include the content of other necessary documents, the latter cannot be requested additionally or separately.
If the implemented administrative procedure also includes other administrative procedures, in the cases provided for by law, it is considered that they have also been carried out.
