Article 51. Liability for Violation of Legislation on the Protection and Use of Flora

On introducing amendment and additions to the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the protection and use of flora” (LRU-409-son) · Date: 21.09.2016 · In force

Persons guilty of violating legislation on the protection and use of flora shall be liable in the manner prescribed by law.
