Article 14. Participation of citizensʼ self-government bodies, non-governmental non-profit organizations and citizens in ensuring the protection and rational use of flora

On introducing amendment and additions to the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the protection and use of flora” (LRU-409-son) · Date: 21.09.2016 · In force

Citizensʼ self-government bodies, non-governmental non-profit organizations and citizens shall:

participate in the implementation of state, territorial and other programs in the field of protection and use of flora;

exercise public control in the field of protection and use of flora.

Citizensʼ self-government bodies, non-governmental non-profit organizations and citizens may also participate, in accordance with legislation, in other measures to ensure the protection and rational use of flora.
