Article 32. Hunting

On introducing amendment and additions to the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the protection and useage of animal world” (LRU-408-son) · Date: 19.09.2016 · In force

Searching for, tracking, pursuit of and attempting to catch, or catching (shooting, capturing) wild animals living in a natural state for the purpose of taking them shall be deemed hunting. Being in hunting grounds with an unholstered (assembled, ready for use) hunting weapon, other hunting tools, hunting products, unleashed hunting dogs or trained hunting birds shall also be deemed hunting.

Hunting may be carried out for sport, amateur or industrial purposes.
