Article 188. Forms of customs control

Forms of customs control are as follows:

checking of documents and information;

verbal conversation;

receiving information;

customs examination;

inspection of labeling of goods;

customs inspection;

personal inspection;

customs identification;

customs surveillance;

inspection of premises and territories;

record keeping, audit of an inventory system and inventory of goods and vehicles;

customs control after release of goods.
