The legislation on investment and mutual funds consists of this Law and other legislative acts.
Relations in the field of activities of investment and mutual funds in a territory where a special legal regime has been established by a Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be regulated by rules other than those established by this Law.
