Article 40. Appointment of an allowance for a person under guardianship or trusteeship

On guardianship and trusteeship (LRU-364-son) · Date: 02.01.2014 · In force

The expenses of the guardian or trustee for the maintenance of the person under guardianship or trusteeship shall be covered from the funds of that person; if such funds are insufficient, an allowance for the maintenance of the person under guardianship or trusteeship may be appointed for the guardian or trustee in the manner prescribed by law.
