Article 96. Budget message

Budget message — a document that takes into account the achieved results and provides main directions of the country's socio-economic development for the upcoming period, based on which a draft Law on State budget is developed.

Budget message includes:

forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators for the medium term, used in the development of the draft Consolidated Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

the forecast assessment of the execution of the Consolidated Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the current year;

updated Fiscal strategy;

draft State budget and budgets of state trust funds, revenues and expenses of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the forecast year and budget targets for the next two years;

the main directions, goals, objectives, qualitative and quantitative indicators of development by industry;

information on the state of public debt, as well as the annual maximum amount of borrowings attracted on behalf of the Republic of Uzbekistan and under the guarantee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
