Article 82. Expenditures of extra-budgetary funds of ministries and departments

Resources of extra-budgetary funds of ministries and departments are used for:

strengthening the material and technical base;

material incentives for employees;

covering other expenses.

It is prohibited to maintain additional staff at the expense of extra-budgetary funds of ministries and departments, except for cases specified by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Procedure for the formation and use of resources of extra-budgetary funds of ministries and departments is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
