Article 71. Expenditures of the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of regions and city budget of city of Tashkent

The following expenditures are carried out from the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of regions and city budget of city of Tashkent:

1) on social sphere and social support of the population, including expenditures on:

expenditures for the maintenance of general secondary education, additional education, pedagogical personnel advancement and retraining, and other auxiliary and methodological education institutions;

maintenance of orphanages, state children's communities, support services and targeted activities in the education sector, financing of which, as prescribed by legislation, is provided from the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of regions and city budget of city of Tashkent;

maintenance of a branch of the Republican Center for Emergency Medical Care, multidisciplinary and specialized medical centers, specialized hospitals and dispensaries, maternity hospitals and obstetric centers, medical diagnostic centers and territorial departments of sanitary-epidemiological welfare and public health, blood service and forensic medical examination institutions, a branch of the Institute of health and medical statistics, other treatment and preventive institutions and auxiliary organizations of medical and social expert commissions subordinate to the territorial health authorities, as well as payment for services, financing of which is provided for by legislation from the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of the regions and the city budget of the city of Tashkent;

implementation of measures aimed at protecting the health of citizens - in accordance with the adopted state programs;

maintenance of cultural, physical training and sports institutions subordinated to the territorial authorities of culture, physical training and sports, as well as targeted measures for the development of culture and sports;

maintenance of archives of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokimiyats of regions and city of Tashkent;

maintenance of residential care homes, boarding houses and sanatoriums for the elderly and persons with disabilities, rehabilitation centers for persons with disabilities subordinated to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent, other institutions, as well as targeted measures for social protection of the population;
