Article 51. Procedure for Implementing Provisions Regarding the Decrease in Budget Revenues, Granting or Revocation of Tax and Customs Privileges, as well as the Decrease or Increase in Allocations from Non-Tax Revenues to the Budget

Budget code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 26.12.2013 · In force

Legislative norms that envisage a decrease in the revenues of budgets within the budget system during the financial year, granting or revocation of tax and customs privileges, as well as a decrease or increase in allocations from non-tax revenues to the budgets of the budget system, shall enter into force from January 1 of the following financial year.
