Article 45. Objectives of preparing Consolidated budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Consolidated budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan is compiled by the Ministry of finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the results of the financial year for analytical purposes and accounting for all receipts and expenditures of the budgets of the budget system and funds of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, excluding transfers between them.
