Article 36. State trust funds

State trust funds are created to carry out government functions, the funds of which are generated from deductions from taxes, mandatory payments and fines, sponsorship funds and other income established by decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as budget transfers and subsidies.

State trust funds are created by decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

State trust funds can be created in the form of a legal entity or without the formation of a legal entity, including under ministries, and departments.
