Article 1901. Violation of the procedure for ensuring openness of the budget process

A violation of the procedure for ensuring the openness of the budget process is the absence, incomplete placement and (or) placement of information on the official websites of relevant organizations in violation of the established deadlines provided for in Article 1661 of this Code.
