Article 177. State financial control exercised by the State Financial Control Inspection of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor Generalʼs Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Main Department of State Financial Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its territorial departments, and the State Financial Control Inspection of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan exercise state financial control over:

compliance with budgetary and staffing-estimate discipline;

execution of expenditures of budgets of the budget system;

order of priority, timeliness and completeness of payments from budgets of the budget system;

targeted use of funds from centralized sources allocated for the implementation of state development programs;

appropriate and targeted use of funds in foreign currency by diplomatic institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad;

correctness of award accounting and timely payment of pensions and benefits;

activities of medical and social expert commissions;

targeted use of budget loans and credit lines;

targeted use of credits (loans) attracted by the Republic of Uzbekistan or under its guarantee;

targeted use of humanitarian aid and technical assistance funds;

correctness of bidding (tenders) for public procurement.
