Article 169. Review and approval of reports on the execution of the State budget and budgets of state trust funds

The Legislative Chamber, the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan review the report submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the execution of the State budget and the budgets of state trust funds for the corresponding reporting period based on discussion, respectively, in factions of political parties in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, committees of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

After consideration in the factions of political parties in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, committees of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the report on the execution of the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and budgets of state trust funds for the corresponding reporting period is considered respectively at meetings of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and approved by a resolution of the Legislative Chamber, the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan has the right to hear reports from managers of first-level budget funds and bodies managing state trust funds on the effectiveness of the use of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds allocated to them, as well as on the results achieved.

Information on the execution of the State budget and budgets of state trust funds for the reporting year after approval of the annual report on the execution of the State budget and budgets of state trust funds, respectively, by the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
