Article 100. Bringing to the notice the State budget and budgets of state trust funds

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, after the official publication of the Law on the State Budget, brings to the notice of:

the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent, the volumes of interbudgetary transfers to the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent provided to them from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan — within three working days;

managers of budgetary funds of the first level, budgetary organizations and recipients of budgetary funds financed from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the volumes of budgetary allocations provided for them — within three working days;

The volume of income and expenses established for them by the managing bodies of state trust funds is within ten working days.

After approval of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of the regions and the city of Tashkent, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the financial departments of the khokimiyats of the regions and the city of Tashkent bring to the notice of:

khokimiyats of districts and cities, the volumes of income and expenses of the budgets of districts and cities, as well as the volumes of interbudgetary transfers provided to them, respectively, from the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of regions, the city budget of the city of Tashkent — within three working days;

territorial managers of budget funds financed from the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of regions and the city budget of the city of Tashkent, the volumes of budgetary allocations provided for them — within a week.

After approval of the budgets of districts and cities, the financial departments of district and city khokimiyats within a week bring to the attention of territorial managers of budget funds financed from the budgets of districts and cities the volumes of budgetary allocations provided for them.
