A realtor is an individual entrepreneur who holds a qualification certificate and carries out realtor activity in accordance with the procedure established by this Law.
A realtor may provide intermediary services when concluding transactions related to immovable property and rights thereto.
A realtor must hold a policy of civil liability insurance.
