Article 12. Reorganization and liquidation of a sponsorship organization

Reorganization and liquidation of a sponsorship organization are carried out in the manner prescribed by law.

When a sponsorship organization is liquidated, its property remaining after satisfying creditors' requirements is used for sponsorship purposes in the manner prescribed by the charter of the organization, or by decision of the liquidation commission, if the procedure for using the sponsorship organization's property is not provided for in its charter or unless otherwise provided by law.
