Article 2. Legislation on the Protection and Use of Cultural Heritage Sites

On the protection and use of cultural heritage sites (269-II-son) · Date: 30.08.2001 · In force

The legislation on the protection and use of cultural heritage sites shall consist of this Law and other acts of legislation.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, relations in the field of the protection and use of cultural heritage sites shall also be regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Where an international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes rules other than those stipulated for in the legislation on the protection and use of cultural heritage sites, the provisions of the international treaty shall apply.
