Article 30. Use of works for the purposes of pre-investigation checks, preliminary enquiries, preliminary investigations, administrative and judicial proceedings

Use of works for the purposes of pre-investigation checks, preliminary enquiries, preliminary investigations, administrative and judicial proceedings shall be permitted without the consent of the author or other rightholder and without payment of remuneration to the extent justified by the purpose of the use.
