Article 92. Common property of parents and children

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

In line with the procedure established by law, a right of common property may arise between parents and minor children who have attained the age of fourteen.

Parents and minor children may enter into an agreement to create common property.

The right of possession, use, and disposal of common property by parents and minor children shall be exercised in line with the procedure established by civil legislation.
