Article 8. Application of local customs and traditions in family relations

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

In the absence of relevant norms in the legislation, local customs and traditions, not contradicting the principles of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be applied in the regulation of family relations.
