Parents shall have equal rights and bear equal duties with regard to their children (parental rights). Parental rights stipulated by this Chapter shall cease when children reach the age of eighteen (majority), as well as when underage children get married and in other cases stipulated by law when children acquire full legal capacity before they reach the age of majority.
