Article 68. Right of the child to express his/her opinion

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

The child shall have the right to express his/her opinion in the resolution of any issue in the family, which affects his/her interests, and to be heard in any judicial or administrative proceedings. Hereby, the bodies and officials authorized to make decisions - when resolving issues affecting the interests of the child - shall consider the child's opinion regardless of his/her age and make decisions based on the best interests of the child.
