Article 6. Application of civil legislation to family relations

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Property and personal non-property relations between family members, not regulated by family legislation, shall be subject to civil legislation insofar as this does not contradict the essence of family relations.
