Article 35. Guarantees of debtees' rights in concluding, modifying, and dissolving the marriage contract

The spouse shall be obliged to notify his/her debtee(s) of the conclusion, modification, or dissolution of the marriage contract. In the failure to perform this duty, the spouse shall be liable for his/her duties regardless of the content of the marriage contract.

The debtee(s) of the spouse-debtor shall be entitled to demand a modification in the conditions or dissolution of the marriage contract in the manner prescribed by legislation, due to materially changed circumstances.
