Article 214. Selection of surname in the entry into marriage

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Persons entering into marriage shall indicate in the application for marriage the adoption of a common surname or the retention of the maiden surname after the marriage.
