Indexation of alimony, recovered by a court decision in a firm amount of money shall be made at the place of alimony deduction in proportion to the increase in the statutory minimum wage.
For the purpose of indexation, the amount of alimony shall be set by the court in a firm amount of money corresponding to a certain part of the statutory minimum wage.
