Persons evading the execution of a court decision on the recovery of alimony for minor or adult incapable children in need may be deprived of parental rights in accordance with Article 79 of present Code or be held criminally liable.
Failure to comply with court orders to provide financial assistance to parents shall entail criminal liability.
