Article 112. Recovery of alimony prior to the resolution of the dispute by court

The judge in a dispute over the recovery of alimony from the person registered on the child's birth certificate as the parent may make prior to its final resolution a determination on the temporary recovery of alimony from him/her in the amounts established by this Code.
