Article 108. Right of adult incapable children to claim maintenance

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Incapable adult children in need shall have the right to claim maintenance from their parents, and if they are not available, from relatives and other persons referred to in the present Code. In such cases, the amount of alimony may be determined by the court as a payable in a firm amount of money, taking into account the financial and family situation of the person obliged to pay alimony.
