Article 103. Additional expenses for maintenance of children

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Parents shall be obliged to participate in additional expenses for maintenance of children caused by exceptional circumstances (serious injury, illness, etc.).

The court may order the recovery of part of the additional expenses in a firm amount of money, taking into account the family and financial situation of the father or mother who evade the participation in the additional expenses.
