In the course of securing evidence, explanations of the parties and third parties shall be heard, witnesses shall be examined, an expert examination shall be appointed, physical, documentary and digital evidence shall be requested or inspected, and on-site inspections shall be conducted.
All materials collected in support of evidence shall be sent to the court hearing the case or shall be provided to the claimant.
