Article 449. Sending a writ of execution by the court.

In the events of recovery of damage caused by a crime; recovery of alimony; recovery of compensation for damage caused by injury or other damage to health, as well as the death of the breadwinner; recovery of money from officials liable for unlawful termination of the employment contract with the employee or unlawful transfer of the employee or the failure to execute the court decision on employment reinstatement; or recovery of monetary sums to the State revenue the court shall send a writ of execution upon its own initiative for the execution.

The writ of execution on property recovery in favor of the State shall be sent by the court to the State enforcement authority at the location of the debtor within three working days upon entry of the decision into legal force.

The writ of execution may be sent as an electronic document.
