Article 443. Ruling on the reopening of the judicial act

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

The court, having considered upon discovery of new facts the claim for reopening of the decision, ruling, or resolution that has entered into legal force shall either approve the claim and cancel the decision, ruling, or resolution or denies reopening it. The ruling shall be handed over to the persons participating in the case against a receipt or sent to them by regular mail or in the form of an electronic document.
