Article 4199. Procedure and time limit for resolving the issue of accepting a supervisory complaint (protest) by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional courts, the Tashkent City Court, and the Military Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The issue of returning the supervisory complaint (protest), refusing to accept it for proceedings, or accepting it shall be resolved individually by the judge no later than five days from the date the complaint (protest) is received by the court.

A ruling shall be issued on the return of the supervisory complaint (protest), refusal to accept it for proceedings, or acceptance, and a copy of the ruling shall be sent to the persons participating in the case no later than the day after it is issued, in accordance with the procedure provided for by Article 270 of this Code.
