Article 41925. Time limits for reviewing a supervisory complaint (protest)

A supervisory complaint (protest) shall be reviewed by the Republic of Karakalpakstan Court, regional and Tashkent city courts, and the Military Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan within no more than one month from the date of the ruling on accepting the supervisory complaint (protest) for proceedings.

A supervisory complaint (protest) referred to the Civil Panel of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be reviewed within no more than one month from the date of its referral.

In exceptional cases, the time limit for reviewing the supervisory complaint (protest) may be extended by the judicial panel hearing the case by no more than one additional month.

A supervisory protest shall be reviewed by the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan within no more than two months from the date of its receipt by the Presidium.
