Article 41918. Notification of parties to the case

The complainant (or protestor), as well as the parties to the case, shall be notified of the time and place of the hearing before the Civil Panel of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The failure of the persons duly notified of the time and place of the hearing to appear shall not prevent the case from being considered in supervisory procedure.

If the case is heard in supervisory procedure by the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the parties to the case may be summoned to provide explanations. In this case, a notice shall be sent to them indicating the time and place of the supervisory hearing. However, their failure to appear shall not prevent the case from being considered.
