A cassation complaint (protest) shall be reviewed within a period not exceeding one month from the date of issuance of the ruling on its acceptance for proceedings.
In exceptional cases, the period for consideration of a cassation appeal (protest) may be extended by the panel of judges hearing the case for a maximum of another month.
