Article 407. Documents to be attached to the cassation appeal (protest)

The following documents shall be attached to the cassation appeal:

document certifying the payment of the State duty and postal costs;

document confirming the authority to sign the cassation appeal, if it is signed by the representative.

A copy of the appeal of the party, which served as the basis for the protest, shall be attached to the cassation protest in the case considered without the participation of the prosecutor.

The cassation appeal (protest) against the court ruling on the return of the claim or denial of acceptance of the claim shall also be accompanied by the returned claim and the documents attached thereto when filing it with the court.
