Article 354. Standard rules of issuing the writ of execution for enforcement of the decision of arbitration court

The rules set forth in this Chapter shall be applied in the consideration by the civil court of claims of the parties to an arbitration proceeding for the issuance of a writ of execution for the enforcement of an arbitration court decision.

The matter of issuance of a writ of execution for the enforcement of an arbitration court decision shall be considered by the civil court upon the claim of the party to the arbitration proceedings in favor of which the arbitration court decision was rendered.

The claim on the issuance of a writ of execution for the enforcement of an arbitration court decision shall be filed with the civil court at the place of residence or location of the debtor or, if the place of residence or location of the debtor is unknown, at the location of his/her property.
