Article 346. Cases considered by the court and related to the decision of the arbitration court

Cases considered by the civil court in connection with the decision of the arbitration court shall include cases on the following claims:

1) On cancellation of arbitration court decisions;

2) On issuing writs of execution for enforcement of decisions of arbitration courts.
