Article 337. Assignment of case for consideration

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

The court shall appoint the case for consideration if no claim is received from the document holder before the expiration of the three-month period from the date of publication in the mass media.

Both the claimant and the institution that issued the document shall be notified of the date of the case consideration. However, their failure to appear shall not be an obstacle for consideration of the case.
